Roger Browne of Uclue Ltd writes:

"One of the fascinating things about running a research service is that we get a glimpse into the projects which our customers are undertaking.

Bryan's projects have always been amongst our most interesting, and we were pleased to have been involved with this one.

Most of us started out knowing very little about the Dr. Crippen case. As we looked into it more deeply we began to build up a picture, not just of Dr. Crippen's own life but of the world around him in 1910. What had been just a dry record of a past crime started to take shape as a complex interplay between the lives of those involved.

Crimes of the past can benefit from a re-evaluation. Today's knowledge and tools can be applied in ways that were not possible at the time of the crime. No doubt there will be considerable interest in Dr. Crippen's case as its hundredth anniversary approaches, and I look forward to browsing this website to see how Bryan has woven together the threads of the past.
